We will walk through potential properties and give and estimate on the cost to rehab the house before you buy it. Then we will manage the project from start to finish. We will keep you updated on before and after photos and videos throughout the project. Once it is done, we can even help you market your house.
Weather it is a rental or rent to own or for sale by owner, we have your back. You can count on us to be your eyes and ears and feet on the ground from start to finish.

We can do the initial walk throughs and initial estimates of the work that needs to be done before an offer is made on the house. We are the feet on the ground team managing the quality of the renovation projects from start to finish. Our professional team will deliver quality, timely and market ready renovations once the house is bought. We can also show the house to sell it or find a renter who will care for the house as their own. We will keep you updated with pictures and updates all along the way. At the end of each project you will have a detailed breakdown of the cost of the project for your records. We are excited to partner with you to grow your portfolio as well as ours.
